Our organic spelt is ground gently with a Zentrofan mill, kneaded with fresh spring water from the Zillertal mountains to a dough to which only sesame, linseed and natural salt is added. Crispy baked it is a welcome snacks for dips, salads, very good to a nice glass of wine and a healthy alternative while watching TV. |
